However, it is not only the value propositions that we offer our Sellers that we as Toronto realtors must keep top of mind but also the benefits that accrue to our Buyer clients as well.
What advantage would a Buyer have these days in obtaining exclusive Buyer Representation from us when they can find a house on MLS.ca, or elsewhere on the net and then, with the hopes of securing a better ‘deal’, contact the listing agent directly themselves?
