Constant Contact is a powerful internet based email system that you can use to send out mass messages to your database. Because it is internet based it means you do not have to download anything to your computer, it also means you can access the system from anywhere that you have an internet connection.

There are a handful of these internet based email services out there including My Emma, Mad Mimi, and Campaigner. None of them compare to Constant Contact. This system is reasonably priced, very simple to use, and comes with a wide variety of templates and useful functionality.

It is a very robust system with a lot of great features. One of the features i just love is the ability to create email sign up forms that you can add to your website. This allows you to automatically add people to the email database right off of your website. Every email you send will also have tracking so that you can tell who opened the email and which links they clicked on.

Constant Contact also has a good reputation with the internet service providers, which many of these services do not have. This good reputation means that your emails are less likely to end up in the spam filter.

This is a great marketing tool that you can use to stay in touch with your database. You can use Constant Contact to send out a monthly newsletter, market update email, or even your latest listing. You would be surprised at just how high a click through rate listing emails get. It is also a great tool for helping you to engage and qualify internet leads. We all know that most internet leads are fairly cold leads that can be a drain on your time. So instead of focusing too much initial effort on these leads drop them into an email drip campaign sent automatically through Constant Contact. Let the campaign run and keep an eye on their engagement by looking at the email tracking, if they are opening your emails and clicking on the links then they are engaged. If the leads remain engaged throughout the campaign then consider spending some time to interact with them one on one.
